What everybody else charges.
Read off their own live pages in September 2026. Most web designers round here won’t show you a price at all — these are the ones who do.

The gap in the middle is the real story. Round here you can pay a few hundred or you can pay five figures, and there is almost nothing in between. The monthly is where it gets expensive quietly — $299 a month is $3,588 a year, every year, and at the end of it the site still isn’t yours.
Straight answers
Why it’s only $600.
One person, not an agency
No account manager, no project manager, no sales team, no office. You talk to the person building it. That is most of the difference between $600 and $3,000 — you are not paying for the people in between.
The monthly is the business
I’d rather charge a fair build price and keep you for years than charge three grand once and never hear from you again. The $29 is what makes that work.
It’s a few days of work
Not a few weeks. Most local businesses need five to eight pages that say the right thing in the right order. That takes real thought, but it is not a $3,000 job, and anybody charging that is charging you for their overhead.
What $600 is not
Not an online store, a booking system with payments in it, a membership site or a custom web app. If that is what you need I’ll say so on the call and quote it properly, or tell you I’m not the right person.
The whole cost
Three numbers. That’s it.
Once, to build it. Agreed before I start, and it doesn’t move.
A month, and optional. Hosting, the security certificate, backups and small edits. Skip it if you already have hosting.
A year for your domain, paid to your registrar. Never to me.
Before you ask
Frequently asked questions.
Do I pay anything before I see it?
No. I build your home page first and send you the link. You pay when you like it, and not before.
What if I want changes after it’s live?
Small ones are in the $29 — new hours, a new photo, a price that changed. Text me and it’s done. Anything bigger I quote you first, so nothing ever lands on a bill you didn’t agree to.
I already have hosting. Do I still pay the $29?
No. The $600 build stands on its own. You pay it, I send you the finished website in one file, and it goes up on the hosting you already have — it’s a plain static site, so any host will run it. The $29 is for people who’d rather not deal with hosting at all.
Can I cancel the $29 a month?
Any time. You keep the domain and you already have the whole site in a file, so you take it wherever you like. Any host will run it.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month on the hosting, and the build is a one-off.
What happens to my domain?
You buy it and it stays in your name, about $15 a year to your registrar. I never hold it. You point it at my hosting, and you can point it somewhere else whenever you want.
What if my site needs more than that?
A store, payments, a booking system with money moving through it — I’ll tell you on the call and quote it properly, or tell you I’m not the right person for it.
See it first. Then decide.
I build your home page before you pay anything. Send me what you’ve got now and I’ll tell you straight what it needs — and if $600 isn’t the right answer for your business, I’ll say that too.
